What is Orientation?
Orientation is a one-day introduction to your Algonquin experience. It is a great way to explore your college community, meet your professors, and connect with your classmates!
When is Orientation?
Orientation takes place the week prior to the start of classes. We have sessions for the Fall, Winter, and Spring semesters. Fall is our largest Orientation and takes place over a week long period.

- College Service Tours
- Meet your professors and classmates during Program Orientation
- Get your Student ID card and OC Transpo Photo ID
- Prepare for your first day of class
