Nomination Form 2011-2012

The student recognition award is presented to a student who exemplifies any of the following qualities; volunteerism, student leadership, or academic excellence.  Recipients should be students who enrich the Algonquin College community, and enhance student life for their peers.

Please note a student’s contribution to the College whether it is an example of volunteerism, student leadership, or academic excellence does NOT have to have occurred specifically at the college. Examples include but are not limited to; class representatives, resident advisors, student leaders, community service learning programs / projects, awards/distinctions for academic projects, ideas, or presentations at conferences.

Students are invited to nominate their peers for this special award by no later than 12pm on March 1, 2012. Nomination forms can be picked up from your campus SA office, or printed out.
