KPI & Program Indicators – Accountability and Excellence

The KPI initiative is all about accountability and excellence. In September 1998, the Ministry of Training and Ontario’s 24 community colleges joined forces to develop and implement a confidential standardized Client Satisfaction survey process. This initiative allows us to obtain valuable feedback from our client groups.
