The AC Card

The AC Card is the one card you should always have with you at Algonquin College!

It can be used as a form of identification for everything from borrowing library books and equipment to accessing your health plan discounts.  It gets you access to rooms.  It gets you discounts.  You can also load money onto your card and use it as a form of payment at food locations, campus stores, some vending machines and much more!  Here’s everywhere you can use it to pay on campus.

How does it work?  Three easy steps!

1. Get your new student card at the Card Services Office at C044A.
2. Go to My Account or a self-serve loading kiosk on campus to load money onto your card.   You (and your parents!) can load money online with a credit card.  The kiosks accept both credit cards and cash in denominations of $5, $10 and $20.  You can also load money at the Card Services office – C044A.  
3. Start using your card on campus anywhere the card is accepted! You can look for signage that looks like this:
